Thank you for choosing 20th Salon and Barber for your grooming needs. Before you book an appointment, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Appointments: 1. We encourage you to book an appointment in advance to ensure availability, but we also welcome walk-in customers. 2. We also ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. We allow a 15min grace period and if we exceed that time, our cancellation fee of 100% of the service will be charged prior to rescheduling. 3. If you fail to show up for your appointment without giving prior notice, you will charged a 100% cancellation fee. First time clients who no call/no show will be blocked and refused future bookings. Payment: 1. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card, and Venmo/Zelle. 2. We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service you received, please inform us immediately so we can make it right. Changes to Appointments: 1. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. 2. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to fulfill it if our schedule is already full. 3. If we need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and reschedule for a time that works for you. General: 1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. 2. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. 3.
